Ever since the operation of our company was started (established in 1984), we have been handling basic and
detailed engineering, providing the control logics, creation of SCADA software, manufacture of hardware, field
adjustment, and after-sales services of main control devices and systems for thermal power plants.
Recently we are also supplying the control system for BOP which are the peripheral equipment in the main power
station.
As for the typical BOP system, there are Desalination Plant, Flue gas desulferize plant, Coal handling system,
Electrostatic precipitator (EP), Ash handling system, and Chlorination system, our company (CCS) has the enough
experience for all of these plant/system. Our company has capability of the various kind of control system such
as PLCs, DCS for BOP control system.

PLC Control Programming & Maintenance Tools (MACS-P)
|

MACS-P is a design and tuning tool of PLC control program for ordinary engineers just with the knowledge of plant
control to prepare, monitor and tune the control logic using a personal computer. It supports the logic buildup, commissioning and tuning with following characteristics.

The logic generated with MACS-P is commonly used to different PLCs and so, the resource is utilized

Feature
|
DBSS(Data Base type Simulation Software) is a tool for making up the models of
power plants and ships, that simulates physics phenomenon and reproduces the behavior of the power plant in
high accuracy. It is possible to make up a model only by inputting data base, even if you do not have
knowledge of physics and programming.
It is available to use the operation trainings not only for normal operations but also for various accidents(for
example, valve failure, run back, fast cut back, tube leak, and so on), which is useful to improve operation
skill and to hand the skill to next generation.
We offer various types of simulators, from a personal computer type to full replica type.
It is available to perform the operation trainings of multiple plants with one system by plant changing
function.

Compact Controllers (MRC)
|
|
This is the Compact Controller applicable to PC/104 bus that enables the disperse structure of the system or
remote I/O method. Four modules can be installed at the maximum and it has sufficient process input and output
capability to small equipment in low cost. It is equipped with various communication ports such as optical
Ethernet (10BASE/FL), 100BASE/T, RS-232C as the standard and excellent in extension of network. Dual system
can be available.
